Help an elderly woman from the Kherson region

An elderly woman (68 years old) is traveling to Germany to stay with her daughter. She was forced to leave her home in the Kherson region as it became uninhabitable. The apartment lacked water, electricity, and gas, making it impossible to prepare food. The blast wave shattered all windows and doors, leaving the apartment as cold as the outdoors with no heating. Additionally, she requires medical assistance, but obtaining basic medications in the city is extremely difficult. We are seeking assistance in purchasing a ticket from Tallinn to Berlin.
